Income

Description

Income is one of the more developed modules, but many surveys do not ask income questions. We therefore collect related questions in the household finances module. Depending on how the variables are harmonized, it is possible to substitute household finances where income is missing.

inc_5q | Income Quintiles

Harmonized variable to approximate income groups by quintile within national surveys. 1 = first quintile (lowest), 2 = second quintile, 3 = third quintile, 4 = fourth quintile, 5. fifth quintile (highest)
